CHURCH VISITS OVERSEAS
AT the time of writing, the Rev John MacLeod is visiting Chesley, Canada, and Texas, USA. In Chesley, as well as conducting the services of the communion, he is to give an address at the annual meeting of the Lord’s Day Observance Association. He was also delegated to visit groups of Christians in Mount Elgin and Texas who wish to know more about the Free Presbyterian Church
It is hoped that the Rev Neil M. Ross will visit Odessa, Ukraine, for two weeks at the end of April, God willing. He expects to preach to, and instruct, the group there to which we have been ministering. He hopes to visit another group of believers some distance from Odessa. The Confession of Faith in Ukrainian has come into their hands and they are expressing an interest in its doctrines.
We ought to bear these ministers on our spirits at the throne of grace, seeking that the Lord of the harvest would bless their labours to the conversion of sinners and to the confirming of believers in the faith once delivered to the saints.
(Rev.) D. A. Ross, Convener, Dominion and Overseas Committee
