The Jewish and Foreign Missions Committee (JFMC) has a vacancy for a Mission Coordinator. The successful candidate must have an active commitment in a local church congregation, and should be in full sympathy with the doctrinal principles and practices of the Free Presbyterian Church of Scotland. Appointment to this post is conditional on a satisfactory PVG Scheme disclosure.
Role Summary
- Provide strategic guidance and reporting to the JFMC and Zimbabwe Mission
Boards, including preparing regular reports, and collating and refining budgets and
development plans. - Coordinate the planning and implementation of the Free Presbyterian Church’s
Zimbabwe Mission strategies, assisting the work of the Zimbabwe Presbytery, the
Mission Administrator and other Mission personnel, and the General Treasurer, and
liaising with the Dutch MbumaZending Foundation. - Facilitate the Free Presbyterian Church’s Zimbabwe Mission operations and
engagement, and undertake regular visits to Zimbabwe. - Working hours are flexible, and remuneration is negotiable, based on experience
and availability.
