Editor’s Deputisation Visit to Africa

THE Editor of the Magazine, expects to visit our Missions in Zimbabwe and Kenya as a Church Deputy from 19th September until 30th November, God willing. It is expected that he will assist at Ingwenya communion and then proceed from Zimbabwe to Kenya on 4th October. He is due to remain in Kenya for eight weeks. He asks that the Lord’s people would be remembering him in their prayers with regard to this visit. “Brethren, pray for us, that the word may have free course, and be glorified,” 2 Thess 3:1.

Editor pro tem

PLEASE note that the Editor pro tempore for the November and December issues will be the Rev John MacLeod, M.A., 16 Matheson Road, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1 2LA (Tel. and Fax No. 01851 702755). All material for these issues must be in his hands by the first day of the previous month.

Deputy’s Visit to Chesley

IT is expected that the Rev. D. M. Boyd, Inverness, will soon visit our congregation in Chesley, Ontario, as the deputy of the Church, at the request of the Dominions and Overseas Committee. He is due to leave on 18th October and to return by 8th November, God willing. Our prayer is that the Lord will protect him in his journeys and bless his work in the gospel among our people there.
