Men may cast doubt on recorded biblical history, but time and again archaeological digs have verified biblical records. There is only one accurate and absolutely reliable record of the origin of species, and that is to be found in the Word of God. “God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them” (Gen 1:27). “And God saw everything that He had made, and, behold, it was very good” (Gen 1:31). Never think you can convert yourself. If ever you would be savingly converted, you must despair of doing it in your own strength. It is a resurrection from the dead, a new creation, a work of absolute omnipotence. Joseph Alleine
