Banner of Truth brochure.—The Banner of Truth Trust have recently issued a beautifully illustrated brochure with brief review notes on a number of their outstanding publications. In an introduction the Publishers state: “It was out of the conviction that our national and spiritual decay is bound up with the Church’s failure to spread the printed truth that the Banner of Truth Trust was formed in 1958. Our aim as a Charity Trust is to serve the Churches who yet remain faithful to historic Christianity by making available at the lowest possible prices books which truly honour the Word and the Grace of God. ‘All flesh is as grass, but the Word of the Lord endureth for ever.’” Some of the books dealt with in the brochure are: The Reformation in England, by J. H. Merle d’Aubigué, D.D.; Brownlow North—His Life and Work, by K. Moody-Stuart; Men of the Covenant, by Alexander Smellie; The Life of Robert Murray McCheyne, by Andrew Bonar; The Confession of Faith (exposition), by A. A. Hodge, and The Works of Thomas Watson, etc.—The Banner of Truth Trust, 78b Chiltern Street, London, W.1.
