Congregational Financial Statements
Congregational Treasurers are now to forward a copy of their Financial Statements to their respective Presbyteries for examination. And Treasurers are reminded that by motions of last Synod they are to show the state of Reserve Funds where these exist; and they are to send a copy of their annual Congregational Financial Statements to Mr William D. Fraser, Clerk to the Finance Committee, each year, the same time as another copy is sent to the Presbytery.—Robert R. Sinclair, Clerk of Synod.
