Zimbabwe Mission
The Foreign Mission Committee wish it to be known that there is still a shortage of staff at the John Tallach Secondary School at Ingwenya. Any person with a University Degree although not necessarily possessing Teacher Training, would be welcome there and would be acceptable to the Department of Education in Zimbabwe.
At Mbuma Mission Hospital there are vacancies for nursing staff and the Committee would be glad to hear from suitably qualified persons
who have a heart interest in the Mission Work of the Church.
Readers should continue to bear the needs of the mission-field to Throne of Grace continually. Anyone who is interested in giving a period of service to the Mission as outlined above should contact the Clerk of the Foreign Missions Committee, F.P. Manse, Saval Road, Lairg, IV27 4EH.
Ingwenya Mission
Miss K. M. MacAulay, Breasclete, arrived home from Zimbabwe at the end of the year on leave from the Mission. The Church owes much to the European staff on the Mission who bear heavy responsibilities in connection with the educational and medical work carried on there. They are due a well-earned rest when they return to this country for a period, and we trust that this will be true in connection with Miss MacAulay. A visit to Africa quickly reveals with what devotion the European staff attend to their duties on the Mission field.
