Family worship

Family worship has ordinarily been seen as a part of vital godliness, and is maintained as such in the Free Presbyterian Church of Scotland. The links from this page demonstrate this continued witness.

The Directory for Family Worship – Whilst not produced by the Westminster Assembly itself, this document is usually bound up with the other Westminster documents, and it was approved by the Church of Scotland in 1647. It deals most helpfully with individual, private worship as well as family worship.
