Note to Anonymous Subscriber re Memorial for National Day of Humiliation.—A subscriber sent us a note without signature about two months ago on the subject of a general memorial throughout the country on behalf of a National Day of Humiliation and Prayer. We highly appreciate the subscriber’s desire, but regret inability to undertake the large and extensive task. Petitions have already been sent from various Church courts to Government, but no response has been given. Will subscriber kindly write and say what is to be done with money forwarded?
