Publications.
The Publication’s Committee draws attention to new reprints obtainable after 12th November. The Seven Churches of Asia by Rev. R. M. McCheyne at 3/- per copy (Postage extra). This small book is in keeping with the high standard of McCheyne’s writings and worthy of wide circulation.
The Westminster Confession of Faith. While this outstanding work can be obtained in abridged form it has become very difficult to buy the complete work. The Synod decided, notwithstanding the considerable outlay involved, to undertake a reprint and sell at the very moderate price of 8/6 per copy (Postage extra). It contains the subordinate standards of the Church of the Reformation in Scotland, and thus of the Free Presbyterian Church of Scotland. Today’s religious outlook is such that all should possess it. Parents should place it in the homes of their children and others.
It is customary to remember friends at New Year time and a selection of profitable gifts is available from our publications—thus combine two, three, or more copies from list given on book order form on last page of November Magazine. Friends and relations Overseas may well appreciate such a gift from the homeland.
