At the request of the Dominions and Overseas Committee, Rev Neil Ross, accompanied by Mr Marco Reale as his interpreter, went to Fornaci di Barga in Italy for 10 days in January to preach to, and teach the group of people to which our Church has ministered for the past 24 years. In the kind providence of the Lord he was able to conduct four services and three meetings and returned safely on 17th January. He hopes to present his report to the meeting of Synod in May.
Visit to Africa
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Editor was asked by the Foreign Missions Committee to pay a short visit to Kenya. He left on 7th February and expects to return early in March. He is also to visit Malawi for one week. The people of the Church are reminded of the need of bringing before the Lord at a Throne of grace the needs of the Mission Field and particularly, that the Lord would be pleased to raise up men, called by Him, to preach the everlasting Gospel.
